Loggerhead Marina - Miami is ideally located for all types of fishing, boating, and diving excursions. Kayak and canoe rentals are available as well. Easy access by land is provided from the Florida Turnpike by exiting at S.W. 112th Street. Head north to Coconut Palm Drive, then head east until you enter Black Point Park.

This area has some great fishing spots for red grouper, sailfish, bonefish, tarpon, and king mackerel, among many others.
The Biscayne National Park is 95% water and melds four different ecosystems into one. The park is primarily an island ecosystem and offers guided nature walks. Snorkeling the coral reefs with hundreds of species of colorful fish is popular, as is sea kayaking to observe the abundant birdlife. View loggerhead sea turtles in season, green tree frogs, reef geckos, many species of butterflies, and horseshoe crabs.
